It Is an honor and Privilege to serve as Cocke County Attorney.

As County Attorney, my duties include advising authorized county officers as to legal matters including, but not limited to, procedural issues, employment questions and contract drafting. In addition to serving as County Attorney, I maintain a general law practice in Newport, Tennessee which serves Cocke County and surrounding counties. Areas of practice include: Civil actions, contract/business formation, partition actions, conservatorships, probate/estate law, criminal law, family law (divorce, child support, child custody) and juvenile law.
